Enquiry
Call us or complete our Enquiry Form to arrange a call from our office team to book a site visit or video call. We will contact you to discuss your requirements and book a house survey on a date & time convenient for you. Alternatively, you can complete and submit the Self Survey Removal Form.

Acceptance
Please ensure you have read all the important Acceptance information, Guidance Notes, Liability Cover and T&Cs. We will take a non-refundable 30% deposit to confirm your move date with us.
Complete the Acceptance forms via our secure online portal. Ensure to enter total value of goods to be moved and advise of items over £1000 to ensure Liability cover is validated.
Your moving date: If buying a property, it is advisable to only book once you have exchanged contracts, we will only then be able to confirm the move date in our diary. If you are moving into rental and have a confirmed date we can confirm a move date when you wish to accept and pay the deposit. Please read the cancellation policy included with your initial quotation and acceptance email.
We are unable to provisionally hold dates.
Balance of moving charge is due 5 working days prior to your move date.
Payment can be via card over the phone with our office team or via bank transfer.
Packaging
A £200 non-refundable deposit is payable if you require boxes etc prior to confirming your move date.
Organise for all packing materials to be delivered to you at a time and date that’s convenient.
